Optional analytics
With consent, Google Analytics helps us understand visits, traffic sources, pages viewed, promotional video activity, and demo, consultation and product-link clicks. Google processes online identifiers and technical information; this is not anonymous simply because names are excluded. We do not enable Google Signals or advertising personalization.
Our event implementation excludes visitor names, email addresses, form contents, passwords and other credentials. We use fixed page and event identifiers, remove URL query strings and fragments, and limit referrer reporting to recognized domains without paths. We do not link visitor identities between our two websites. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 180 days without refreshing that expiration on each visit.
Video progress reflects observed playback rather than jumps through the timeline. Email-link clicks indicate interest, not proof that an email was sent or an inquiry received. Blocking analytics or declining consent means reports do not include all visits.
Providers and retention
Google processes analytics information under its applicable terms and safeguards, potentially outside your country. See Google’s privacy policy. Our Google Analytics properties are configured to retain event-level and user-level data for 14 months, with the user-retention reset on new activity disabled. Google applies changes after 24 hours and deletes eligible data according to its processing schedule. These controls do not limit most standard aggregated reports. Our planned daily reporting service will retain its own daily reporting records for 12 months; that service is not yet active.
Hosting and media providers process technical requests needed to deliver and secure this website independently of optional analytics. If you contact us by email, your provider and our Microsoft 365 service process the information you choose to send so we can respond. Do not email passwords or other credentials.
We remember your acceptance or rejection for 180 days on this browser, without extending that period merely because you return. After expiry, analytics stays off until you accept again. You can change your choice or withdraw it at any time using Privacy settings. Clearing browser storage or using another browser may require a new choice. A material change to analytics purposes will require renewed consent. Withdrawal stops future website analytics; it does not automatically delete data already collected.
